    Reevaluate Your Situation

    If You are employed and seeking greener pastures,reassess your situation.Now that you have a chance to look around,you might decide things are not that bad where you are.this is not a great time to be job searching,so if your situation is tolerable,consider staying put.

    Realistic Expectations

    There was a time when it might have been reasonable to look for a management job with only two years of experience.But in the current job market, employers can be more selective. A larger number of highly experienced people are now competing for those management jobs

    Review Your Resume
